Customers out of Canada are responsible for all import duty, tariff and applicable fee.

Return Policy

RYIDAR provides a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee – try our products for 30 days and if you are unsatisfied for any reason you may exchange your item(s) or return them for a full refund. After 30 days from the date of delivery, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange due to a change of mind.

After receiving the request, it may take up to 7 days to process and reach out to you regarding the next steps. In the case of return or exchange, you will pay non-refundable return shipping costs. Because shipping involves a third party we cannot independently guarantee that the returned item will be received. Consider using a trackable shipping service, purchasing insurance, or contacting us for a return shipping quote.

Once the package is returned, it may take up to 7 days to inspect and process the returned items. If the item is damaged or missing parts for errors not due to RYIDAR, only partial refunds will be granted based on RYIDAR’s sole discretion. If your return is approved, then the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 14 days. It may take up to 30 days for the refund to be visible on your credit card statement. In case of an exchange, we will process and reconcile any cost difference between the original item and the exchange.

We encourage you to save the cardboard box for the 30-day duration in case you choose to return it.
